All that’s needed is a notebook and pen for note-taking, a device and quiet space to join the sessions, and an open mind ready for self-exploration and growth.
Participants will receive ongoing support through live sessions, access to recordings, access to the other attendees and Laura inside our program space which you will be invited to, and additional resources such as a digital workbook that you can print out and use throughout the workshop.
