68: Which Discomfort are you Experiencing?

Discomfort, everyone’s favorite topic! (not…)

There are two different types of discomfort. In this episode, we’ll talk about what they are, what similar symptoms you have, and how to use them to your advantage.

Your mind and body can’t tell the difference between excited and anxious. Your body puts of similar chemicals, you’ll get similar symptoms, and your body goes into an extremely heightened version of itself. Long term, it’s not healthy. You can’t always go 100 miles per hour, no matter how great something is and long term stress is horrible for your body.

Discomfort shows up in all different forms and fashion. Find out if you’re experiencing the unknown jitters or the deep rooted “hell no’s.”
