I acknowledge that unless otherwise agreed to in writing signed by all parties, Worx and Wallace may produce and publish derivative works based on the audio or video recording. I acknowledge that any derivative work may be posted in any media, including print, online, or other forms, including other podcasts not owned or produced by Worx or Wallace.
I acknowledge that I have no right of approval or right to edit any recordings of me.
I hereby waive any claims for compensation, any portion of sale proceeds, and any claim based on rights of publicity, copyright, contribution, moral rights of authorship, or invasion of privacy related to any audio or video recording or me or use of any recording in any derivative work.
I state that by agreeing to be a guest on the Gutsy Podcast, I have not violated and will not violate any rights of third parties such as copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, non-compete, nondisclosure agreements or confidentiality agreements, or any other promise or contract I have entered into related to my work or the topics I will discuss on the Gutsy Podcast.
I shall indemnify Worx, Wallace, and their affiliates, employees, agents, and successors against all losses and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising from any third-party claim related to my statements in this release.
I state I have the legal authority to grant this release and that this release applies to my estate, heirs, and successors.
